At AgroBiz, our mission is to empower women, youth, and marginalized communities through innovative agricultural business models. We strive to create sustainable practices that enhance economic resilience, promote growth in the agriculture development and non agriculture sectors.
Through structured training, participants are equipped in trailblazing freelance ecosystems that reimagines what employment looks like in underserved, rural or indigenous areas. Designed specifically for youth and women, the platform allows participants to earn income by performing bite-sized, agriculture-aligned digital services using nothing more than a mobile phone and their local knowledge or lived experience.
Built on the belief that dignified work should not require relocation, formal degrees, or high-speed internet, AgroBiz MicroGigs leverages the rise of the gig economy to bridge rural opportunity gaps. It provides a space where rural community members can offer freelance services tailored to the agricultural value chain from farm data entry and seed packaging design to audio recordings in indigenous languages and translation of farming manuals, and much more.
The program is inclusive by design reaching women in remote villages, youth with minimal access to formal work, and community members eager to contribute to the agri-economy from where they are. AgroBiz partners with cooperatives, NGOs, agri-startups, exporters, and buyers to offer consistent gig listings that empower users to work at their own pace, build local reputation, and grow their digital earning power over time.
Labor trafficking in agriculture remains one of the most under-addressed crises of our time. AgroSafe is a first-of-its-kind awareness and prevention initiative that trains agricultural stakeholders to identify, report, and disrupt exploitation across fields, farms, and food systems.
Through interactive workshops, survivor-informed best practices, multilingual toolkits, and farmworker-focused advocacy, we build safety nets that protect the most vulnerable against human trafficking. Whether you’re a grower, cooperative leader, policy advocate, or youth champion, this program helps you create ethical supply chains and a future where every hand is protected and every harvest is just.
This program bridges ancestral wisdom and digital innovation to empower Indigenous communities in reclaiming, protecting, and prospering from their agricultural heritage. This intergenerational program equips both youth and elders with culturally relevant digital tools to map traditional lands, document sacred agro-cultural knowledge, and access new income streams through digital marketplaces.
At the heart of DigiRoots is the belief that sovereignty begins with data and ends in economic dignity. Through mobile GIS, drone imaging, and land registry digitization, participants assert land claims and protect against exploitation. Storytelling modules ensure traditional farming techniques, native seed preservation, and spiritual food practices are digitally archived for generations to come.
In parallel, Indigenous artisans, food producers, and smallholders are trained to showcase and sell their goods through curated e-commerce platforms that respect cultural intellectual property, ensuring ethical trade and brand authenticity. Participants also learn to use digital banking, create online business profiles, and tell their stories using audio-visual tools to educate and engage global audiences. DIGIROOTS isn’t just about tech, it’s about self-determination through digital dignity.
Designed specifically for governments, cooperatives, NGOs, and CSOs, the Harvest Hub is a dynamic capacity-building ecosystem that transforms mission into measurable impact. Whether you’re new to grant writing, scaling operations, or refining your value chain, this program offers hands-on coaching, institutional strengthening tools, partnership pipelines, and sustainability strategies tailored to your region and goals.
Our studio model ensures that every session is custom-fit: from cooperative governance to export-readiness, and from local to global reach. We help you cultivate not just crops, but capacity, community, and change. Let’s turn your passion into a powerhouse.
Empowerment begins with opportunity and we believe women, girls, and youth are the heartbeat of agricultural transformation. Root to Rise is our signature program designed to cultivate leadership, innovation, and self-sufficiency from the ground up. Through tailored mentorship, digital literacy, agripreneurship, and financial independence training, this program nurtures future-ready changemakers in rural and urban communities alike.
Join us to break generational cycles of poverty, bridge the gender gap in agri-economies, and plant the seeds of intergenerational wealth and impact. From school gardens to agritech labs, this program isn’t just about farming, it’s about thriving.
